Dear Delegates,
I am Kabir Kapoor, and I will be serving as your Deputy Secretary General at VIBGYOR MUN 13. I welcome you to the conference and I hope this will be an unforgettable experience.
I started my Model UN and debate journey as a VIBGYOR MUN club member in Grade 8, and my first ever MUN was VIBGYOR MUN 6 held in 2016. It is an honour to be invited to be a part of the Secretariat at VIBGYOR MUN 13, and it is not a position that I take lightly. I ensure you that I will do everything I can to make this conference one of the best and have bright young minds take charge in the committees which will result in great debates. The truth is, VIBGYOR MUN has always been special to me, as it gets bigger and better each time, with this year being no exception.
I expect great things from this conference, and I am positive that all the delegates will try their best and tap into their potential. I hope to see all of you leave the colloquium as informed individuals with a newfound perspective on certain international issues, with more knowledge and learning than what you started out with.
