Fee Structure

1. For Bangalore  Delegates and Faculty Advisors:

Option A

Registration cost: Rs. 7,000/-

The registration cost includes:

  1. Delegate/Faculty Advisor Registration fees.
  2. Three meals (Lunch) during the conference.
  3. Two rounds of Tea/Coffee with snacks daily during the conference.
  4. Entry to Opening and Closing Ceremony.

Option B

Registration cost: Rs. 9,500/-

The registration cost includes:

  1. Delegate/Faculty Advisor Registration fees.
  2. Three meals (Lunch) during the conference.
  3. Two rounds of Tea/Coffee with snacks daily during the conference.
  4. Entry to Opening and Closing Ceremony.
  5. Entry for Social Night including Delegate Dance and Dinner

Option C

Registration cost: Rs. 18,000/-

The registration cost includes:

  1. Delegate/Faculty Advisor Registration fees.
  2. Accommodation at the Marriott, Whitefield (Triple Sharing) for 3 days and 2 nights.
  3. Two Breakfast meals during the Conference.
  4. Three meals (Lunch) during the conference.
  5. Two rounds of Tea/Coffee with snacks daily during the conference.
  6. Dinner on all the 2 days of the Conference.
  7. Entry to Opening and Closing Ceremony.
  8. Passes for Social Night including Delegate Dance and Dinner.
  9. Hotel Check-in timing is 12:00 noon, however VHMUN delegate / faculty can check -in by 10:00 am on Thursday, 28 June 2018. Please note that check-in before 10:00 am will incur additional cost.
  10. The delegate / faculty is requested to checkout latest by 12:00 noon on Saturday, 30 June 2018. Please note check-out after 12:00 noon will incur additional cost.
  11. Free pick up and drop facility to the airport/station.

2. For International delegates/Faculty Advisors from outside India:

Option D

Registration cost:  Rs.  25,000/-  (Indian Rupees net of bank charges to be received by VIBGYOR High)

The registration cost includes:

  1. Delegate/Faculty Advisor Registration fees.
  2. Accommodation at the Marriott, Whitefield (Triple Sharing) for 3 days and 2 nights.
  3. Airport Transfers.
  4. Two Breakfast meals during the Conference.
  5. Three meals (Lunch) during the conference.
  6. Two rounds of Tea/Coffee with snacks daily during the conference.
  7. Dinner on all the 2 days of the Conference.
  8. Entry to Opening and Closing Ceremony.
  9. Entry for Social Night including Delegate Dance and Dinner.
  10. Hotel Check-in timing is 12:00 noon, however, VHMUN delegate/faculty can check -in by 10:00 am on Thursday, 28 June 2018. Please note check-in before 10:00 am will incur additional cost.
