Dear Delegates

Welcome to 3 days of ardent debate, intense lobbying and short lived diplomatic relations simulated at VHMUN 2016

I am Akshay Aurora, currently an LL.B. Candidate, studying in the fourth year at Government Law College, Mumbai. My key interests lie in public international law and constitutional law. Having attended a number of MUNs myself, my only advice to you would be to utilise your brains to your fullest.

Although the spirit of an MUN is to help teach diplomacy and a number of idealistic values, it is a competition, and your goal must be to achieve the highest honours. Shyness, passiveness and inhibition are your enemies. Nonetheless, I encourage you to come have a great time and have a productive weekend.
